A new fusion era. This is how we define our cuisine philosophy because we trust in creativity as the distinctive feature of all our dishes.

We started making fusion cuisine in 1993, and we cultivate the same vision in the present and for the future, constantly combining the quality of raw materials with the inspiration.

Each recipe must be original, good and elegant, creating a “fusion” formula in perfect balance.

Izu’s cuisine is unique: dishes are the result of a logical and thought process and each recipe comes to life with an inspiration that evolves during the creative process. So, even if our cuisine’s fundamentals comes from Japan, in every dish there is also a bit of Italy, with an accent on Milan,  but also there is China, plus many influences from the rest of the World.

As well as the cuisine, also our venue has a flexible nature. Izu restaurant has two rooms available for customers: a classic, scenic and convivial room, and a private, more intimate room, available for special and exclusive dinners.

All Izu dishes can also be enjoyed at home, thanks to the delivery and take away service!

Only the take-away service is available for lunch. The evening delivery service is free of charge in our district for orders from € 35 (for the lower ones, or deliveries outside the restaurant’s district, a supplement will be charged starting from € 3 and depending on the growing distance). Please note that for deliveries we request payment by cash.

IL NOSTRO BAR

Izu is not just food: experimentation is also declined in the beverage and mixology fields. Our cocktails have an Asian twist and are the perfect match with an aperitif or a modern dinner.

We love to have a wide variety of cocktails, starting from the non-alcoholic ones up to the saké-based ones (as per Japanese tradition), but also vodka, rum or fine whiskey. Try our cocktail bar, let us to surprise you with a funny happy hour from 18.30 to 20.30, or stay with us for dinner with the Izu excellent cuisine.

For our customers we provide a free secure parking for 2 hours, in Via Friuli 13.

For companies and business events, IZU offers various solutions, both for lunch and dinner. Private customers and companies can reserve our location for events with a special menu and personalizations.
